Track’n Truck is a platform that helps food truck owners optimize operations and connect to customers by integrating with an existing food platform 'TheFork', and enabling users to easily discover and order from nearby food trucks.

  • Conducted desk and field research, designed semi-structured interviews and collabrated in ideation workshops to define problem statements
  • Co-developed the AI system concept, defining how the AI would function and integrate into the overall service experience
  • Led the creation of user journeys and service blueprints, taking primary responsibility for mapping the end-to-end experience
  • Designed high-fidelity wireframes and developed the interactive prototype

ok, but AI?

Forecast, optimization and recommendation are the main processes of AI to achieve the three main outputs in the system: finding best parking spots and times, personalized recommendations for food truck ownes; personalized notification for customers.

The design system, inspired by TheFork. We adopted a green-based color theme, but adjusted it for better readability and a more balanced visual experience.
